Pricing
Pay once. We engage your top homeowners every month.
Buy qualified leads in one or more markets. Our proprietary process scores and ranks the homes most likely to need your trade — then we put your offer in front of those same homeowners every cycle for the length of your plan.
1. Pick your markets
Multi-select from markets where qualified leads are available. 500-address minimum.
2. Choose a length
3 or 6 months. A 6-month term takes 10% off the per-lead price.
3. We engage them every cycle
Your offer reaches the same homes by mail every cycle for the full term — repeated touches are what turn a lead into a job.
Choose your term
Pick your trade and markets and you'll see your price before you pay — it depends on which homes you're reserving.
Every plan is a fixed-term commitment — it runs for the full length, can't be cancelled early, and ends automatically with no auto-renewal.

Trade economics
How few jobs cover the spend?
Per-lead pricing varies by market — but the math doesn't change much. A single job in most home-service trades covers a lot of leads.
Roofing
1 replacement
A typical roof replacement runs $8,000–$15,000+. One signed job covers a full 500-address campaign in most markets — with margin to spare.
HVAC
1–2 system installs
Full system replacements run $5,000–$15,000. One or two installs out of a 500-address campaign clears the spend; the service-call volume on top is the upside.
Windows & siding
1 project
Whole-home window or siding projects run $10,000–$30,000+. One closed project from a 500-address campaign pays for the next several.
Job-value ranges reflect typical Twin Cities home-service pricing. Your close rate, ticket size, and per-lead cost are the variables — see your exact per-lead price for your markets at checkout.
Common questions
Why does the price vary?
Mostly by trade — a lead worth chasing for a pool company isn't priced like one for a window company. Markets matter too: different areas convert at different rates. Printing and postage are billed at cost on top, and the per-piece rate drops as your volume grows. You'll see the exact price before you buy.
Do I have to buy in blocks of 500?
500 addresses is the minimum, not a fixed step. If a market has 1,245 qualified homes, you can take all 1,245 — the extra 245 ride along in the final mailing rather than being left behind. You'll see exactly how many are available before you buy.
Are my leads exclusive to me?
Yes — the exact homes you reserve are pulled from the pool and no other contractor can mail them while your contract is active. Other contractors in your category can still buy different homes in the same market, but never the ones you've reserved.
Can I cancel mid-contract?
No — a subscription is a fixed-length commitment. You're reserving a specific set of homes for the full term, so the plan runs to the end of its term and can't be cancelled early.
What happens when my term ends?
It ends automatically — no auto-renewal, no surprise charges. We hold your homes for 60 days so you can pick up right where you left off; re-subscribe in that window and you get the exact same homes back.
