    Terms of Service

Your agreement for using Good Mail Co.

    Last Updated: July 20, 2026

    About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Good Mail Co. platform, website, and services (together, the "Service"). Good Mail Co. helps home-service contractors reach qualified homeowners through direct-mail campaigns. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be a business (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and at least 18 years old to use the Service.

    Subscriptions & Commitment

When you subscribe, you select one or more markets, a lead volume, and a term (for example, 3, 6, or 12 months). The exact price for your trade and markets is shown before you pay. Important points about how subscriptions work:

    • Fixed term. Each plan is a commitment for its full length. It cannot be cancelled early, and the fees for the full term are due.
    • No auto-renewal. The subscription ends automatically at the end of the term. It does not renew on its own.
    • Leads are reserved for you. When you subscribe, the homes in your selected markets are reserved to your campaign for the term. If you don't renew, those homes are released back to availability after a win-back hold period.
    • Repeated mailing. Your selected homes are mailed each cycle for the length of the term (minus homes that have already responded, where applicable).

    Billing & Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amounts and on the schedule shown at checkout.

    • Shorter terms are billed up front; longer terms may be billed in scheduled installments (for example, quarterly). The exact schedule is shown before you pay.
    • Your price includes a lead-value fee plus printing and postage billed at cost. These are itemized at checkout.
    • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a term begins and mailing has started.

    Your Content & Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for any artwork, offers, logos, or other content you upload or approve for your mailers ("Your Content"). You represent that you have the rights to use Your Content and that it is truthful, lawful, and not misleading. You are responsible for honoring any offer you advertise.

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, and to comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and communications laws for any follow-up you conduct with homeowners who respond to your mail.

    Mailing, Printing & Results

We coordinate printing and mailing of your campaign through third-party print and postal partners. Delivery timing depends on those partners and the postal service, and estimated windows are not guarantees.

Good Mail Co. identifies and ranks likely prospects, but we do not guarantee any specific number of responses, leads, appointments, or sales. Results depend on your offer, your follow-up, and market conditions outside our control.

    Data & Privacy

Our handling of account data and of the analytics from QR-code scans on your mailers is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

    Disclaimers, Liability & Changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Good Mail Co.'s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
